I have been enjoying the sun since I woke up this morning, it’s been such nice weather the whole day and I have spent my hours listening to music, reading my favorite magazine and drink detox water.
I am a big fan of the detox water, it’s so clever in so many ways and it’s good snack for your body!
For my detox I cut up lemon and lime and put berries on top to give a sweet and bitter taste.
You can use different things, but one of the main ingredient that makes the detox working is Lemon. Lemon helps flushing harmful toxins from your body. Some waters also contain melon, raspberries and other ingredients that are equally as healthy and beneficial. I have made my own and feel so much lighter? It’s incredible what it does to your body!
I recommend to drink it early in the morning and before you go to bed, this way it makes your body working and it gives you a fresh and more energetic day after. You can also lose weight by detoxing, but be careful so you don’t drink too much of it, it can become very sour for your body and gives you stomach and digestive problems.
